Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across India. We are also working on expanding our shipping services to international locations in the near future.
How long will my order take?
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other locations: 5–7 business days
You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received a wrong product
- You received a damaged product
- You received an expired product
To raise a return or refund request, please contact us at support@buysquare.in within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup and process your refund/replacement within 24 hours of verification.
