Refund policy
At Buysquare, your satisfaction is our priority. We work hard to bring you high-quality products from trusted suppliers. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns or Refunds
We accept returns and refunds in the following situations:
• You received the wrong product
• You received a damaged product
• You received an expired or defective product
For returns of non-defective products:
• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
• Any accessories or freebies received with the product must be returned
• A small return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund
Return Request Window
Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at support@buysquare.in.
Any request raised after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible.
How to Request a Return
Please follow the process below:

Email us at support@buysquare.in with your order ID and issue details

We will review your request within 48 hours

If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address

After inspection of the product at our warehouse:
• If the return is approved, we will issue a refund or replacement within 24 hours
Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment or as store credit where applicable.

Open delivery is not available due to hygiene & safety reasons.
Please record an unboxing video at the time of opening your parcel. It is required for any return or refund claim. - Refunds will not be issued if a replacement or missing item has already been shipped for your order.
Once a replacement is dispatched, the order is considered fulfilled and is no longer eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible products within the same return period and conditions.
Exchanges are allowed in the following cases:

If the product you received is defective

If any item or quantity is missing from your order

If you received the wrong product
All exchanges require a valid unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
• Products with missing original packaging or accessories
• Used or physically damaged items (not caused during delivery)
• Products that are unsealed and not suitable for return for hygiene reasons
• Any product not purchased on Buysquare
Please note: Returns or refunds will not be processed without a valid unboxing video showing the issue clearly.
